Charlene Cook, 70,  Warsaw, passed away at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in Warsaw Meadows Healthcare Center.

On Oct. 4, 1946, she was born in Dumas County, Ark. to Fred Allen and Gertrude (Ledbetter) Smith. She was united in marriage to David Michael Cook on October 19, 1973 in Warsaw, who survives.

Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, Charlene was retired from Zimmer Inc. after twelve years of service. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles and brain teasers. She is best remembered for being a Great Mom.

She is survived by her husband, David Michael Cook, Warsaw, daughter, Heather Cook Jagger, Warsaw; grandson, Christopher Jagger, North Manchester, sister, Patricia Raber, Warsaw, niece, Danielle Raber, Warsaw and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Christopher and Tina Cook, Warsaw. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be private with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
