WARSAW — KCH will be offering walk-in wellness screenings at the KCH Health & Wellness Center from 6:30 until 8:30 a.m. every third Thursday of the month beginning Thursday, June 15. The KCH Health and Wellness Center is located at 1500 Provident Drive, Warsaw.  No appointment is needed for the screenings.

“We are offering wellness screenings on a monthly basis to provide easier access to affordable preventive care. Having common laboratory testing available on a walk-in basis makes  monitoring one’s health convenient and efficient,” said Megan Martin, Vice President of Kosciusko Medical Group, Warsaw.
