PLYMOUTH — Brandon Mitchell Goodman, 19, Plymouth, was arrested by Marshall County sheriff’s deputies on charges of child molesting, rape and sexual misconduct with a minor.

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report on the afternoon of May 1, of a sexual assault that occurred in a secluded rural area of the county. Authorities reported the victim, who was 13 years old at the time of the assault, identified the offender as Goodman.

During the investigation it was found two additional juveniles, both age 14, identified Goodman as the person in sexual acts with these victims. They also stated the assault occurred at the same secluded location.

Goodman was located at his residence where he was taken into custody without incident.
