Judy M. Shepard, 66, of Columbia City, passed away at 12:52 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 at her home. She was born on Aug. 7, 1950 in Wolf Laketo William N. and Doris E. (Downing) Buckles.

She was a lifetime Wolf Lake and Columbia City area resident and graduated in 1968 from Columbia City High School. She was a former cook at various Columbia City restaurants and retired from Magnavox in Columbia City after 10 years.

She is survived by two daughters: Alechia (Tim) Davis, Albion; Ericia (Joe) Florrow, Warsaw; a son, Jason Shepard, Columbia City; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a mother, Doris Buckles, Columbia City; a sister, Jackie Buckles, Columbia City; two brothers, Jerry (Angie) Buckles, Fort Wayne; Joe Buckles, Columbia City.

She was preceded in death by her father.

A private family Celebration of Life gathering will take place at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN is in charge of all arrangements.
