Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

  • 8:38 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2700 block North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Employees at Explorer Van reported a theft in progress.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

  • 11:55 a.m. Sunday, April 30, 200 block Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Todd Smith reported damage to his residence’s back door.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

  • 4:34 a.m. Sunday, April 30, 200 block East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. A female reported a battery.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 9:25 a.m. Sunday, April 30, North Main Street, Goshen. Sukhwinder Singh, 27, Syracuse, an employee at Phillips 66, 224 N. Main St., reported while working money had been taken from the business by force. The subject presented a folding knife and then took an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries, or suspect at this time and the incident remains under investigation.
  • 6:47 p.m. Friday, April 28, Brookside Manor, Goshen. Jason Huston, 37, Milford, reported a custody dispute. An officer responded and a report taken to document the incident.
  • 4:23 p.m. Friday, April 28, US 33, Goshen. Following a traffic stop at 66542 US 33, Goshen, Police arrested Daniel Zeringue Jr., 32, 345 N. SR 19, Etna Green, was arrested for possession of marijuana and an Elkhart County warrant and Angela Suter Tjemagel, 36, 2762 W. Old Road 30, Lot 22W, Warsaw, was arrested for a Kosciusko County and Goshen warrant. Both were taken to the Elkhart County Correctional Complex.
