PIERCETON — Cub Scout Pack 3761 and Boy Scout Troop 761 are collecting non-perishable food items from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, April 29 at Pierceton Youth League Park, 508 S. 7th St., Pierceton.

Scouting for Food is the annual food-collection drive, which benefits the local food pantry. The public can help by purchasing non-perishable food items the next time they shop and bringing the purchases to Pierceton Youth League Park (close to flagpole). No need to park as adult Leaders and Scouts can collect from vehicles.  Tattered or torn flags are also being collected for Retirement Ceremony.
