WARSAW — One driver was transported after a collision at the intersection of CR 800W and US 30 at approximately 7:40 p.m. Monday, April 24.

Aerial B. Gilbert, 30, North CR 950W, Etna Green, was driving a Mercury south on CR 800W. Gilbert was stopped at the intersection US 30 with flashing red lights and a stop sign. She failed to see Alexandra Ilse, 29, Belle Meadows Drive, Bellafontaine, Ohio, traveling east on US 30 in a Honda Civic. Gilbert turned on to US 30 and was struck by Ilse.

Gilbert and a passenger were treated at the scene. Ilse was transported by Lutheran EMS.

Damage is estimated up to $50,000.
