Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 5500 block of West CR 100S, Warsaw. Rebecca D. Pickens reported fraud, advising that an unknown subject in another state used her information to obtain a Sprint account and phones.
