Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:00 p.m. Friday, April 7, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. A female reported that she parked her vehicle in the Dollar General parking lot. While she was inside the store shopping, her vehicle was struck, causing damage to the rear passenger side door. Damages up to $5,000.

2:32 p.m. Friday, April 7, South Detroit Street, north of East Winona Avenue. Drivers: Heather N. Gee, 23, Garvey Lane, Chatham, Ill., and Tony R. Calhoun, 57, East CR 400S, Warsaw. Gee rear-ended Calhoun’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

8:30 p.m. Friday, April 7, Lake City Highway and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tammy D. Hile, 44, North Columbia Street, Warsaw, and James R. Cox, 52, East Main Street, Warsaw. Hile rear-ended Cox’s vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

12:38 p.m. Saturday, April 8, East Center Street and North McKinley Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Hildegard Fehlmann, 79, North Bay Drive, Warsaw, and Sheather R. Wolf, 48, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. The vehicles collided at the intersection after Fehlmann pulled out into the path of Wolf. Wolf and a passenger were transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages up to $10,000.
5:32 p.m. Saturday, April 8, East Center Street and South Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Nalli S. Rao, 78, North Lake Street, and Tanner M. Swihart, 20, East CR 350N, Warsaw. The vehicles collided when Rao pulled out into the path of Swihart. Swihart was transported to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

3:31 a.m. Sunday, April 9, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Police received a report of a vehicle crashing into a residence on Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Police were advised that the suspect vehicle had left the scene. Damages up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

11:14 a.m. Sunday, April 9, West Crystal Flash Road, west of North Hickory Street, North Webster. Drivers: Bridgett D. Goodyear, 24, North Hickory Street, North Webster, and Steven O. Murray, 68, North Wheeling Avenue, Muncie. Goodyear stated she was pulling out onto Crystal Flash Road and struck Murray’s vehicle. Goodyear advised her view was obstructed by bushes at the side of the parking area. Damages up to $5,000.
