Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

5:30 p.m. Friday, March 31, EMS T13 Lane, north of East Armstrong Road, North Webster. Driver: George Dvorak, 72, EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg. Dvorak left the roadway and struck a mailbox. Damages up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:24 p.m. Friday, March 31, SR 13 and Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Drivers: Ashley Loftus, 31, Panorama Drive, North Webster, and Randolph Titus, 68, Clydesdale Street, Mich. The two vehicles collided in the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:11 p.m. Friday, March 31, South Indiana Street, south of East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: David Francis, 24, SR 13, North Manchester, and Heather Wright, 26, Iverness Point, Warsaw. Francis’ vehicle rear ended Wright’s in the roadway. Damages up to $1,000.

7:23 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2924 Frontage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Shubhra Pathak, 39, Orchard Drive, Warsaw, Julio Hernandez, 43, West CR 250S, Warsaw, and Dylan Sinks, 23, Clark Street, Warsaw. Pathak was traveling westbound and lost control of her vehicle, hitting the number of Hernandez’s vehicle and striking Sink’s vehicle head-on. Sinks complained of pain to the knee, but refused treatment on scene. Damages up to $25,000.

7:30 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2514 East Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Jordan Ringle, 16, College Avenue, North Manchester. Ringle was turning her vehicle into a parking lot and struck a post. Damages up to $10,000.
