Goshen Offers Baseball Parking Solutions
![]()
GOSHEN – Due to the ongoing construction of US 33, baseball fans will have different options for parking than last year when taking in a game at Phend Field.
Fans are able to park in the Goshen High School semi-circle drive and in the north parking lot after 4 p.m. on school days. In order to reach Phend Field from the GHS parking areas, fans must cross US 33 at the traffic light at Monroe and US 33. Once crossing the street, a walkway has been created in the bus compound for fans to access the ticket entrance, which is located by the right field corner.
Parking will also be available in the Goshen Community Schools bus driver’s lot, which is accessible from Monroe St., starting at 4:45 p.m. on weeknights. If fans choose to park in the bus driver’s lot, then fans must walk to the field via the Monroe St. sidewalk. Fans must not ever walk through the bus compound or construction areas.
For fans with mobility issues, plans should be made for them with friends and family to drop them off in the bus compound by the ticket entrance. Their escorts will then need to park in the designated parking areas previously mentioned.
An overhead map of Phend Field, the parking situation, and the walking route will be posted at athletics.goshenschools.org this coming Monday morning.
