4:05 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, South Main Street, North Webster. Driver: Michelle S. Curry, 63, North First Street, Argos. Curry advised she was pulling out of a parking lot and struck a guide wire. Damages up to $2,500.

Kosciusko

5:48 a.m. Thursday, March 16, West CR 1350N, east of North CR 75W, Warsaw. Drivers: Sarah E. Owens, 31, East Fourth Street, Milford, and Mervin F. Etsinger, 60, CR 46, New Paris. The drivers were both entrapped in their respective vehicles and neither driver was able to give a statement at that time. The responding officer observed the roadway to be covered in ice. Owens was transported to Lutheran by air ambulance. Etsinger was transported to Goshen Hospital by ambulance. Damages up to $50,000.

Warsaw

9:27 a.m. Thursday, March 16, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Joann Beachy, 67, West CR 400N, Etna Green, and Frank A. Desanto, 71, East Evergreen Drive, Warsaw. Beachy and Desanto were both backing out of parking spaces and their vehicles collided. Damages up to $2,500.
