Feb. 6 – Sarah Lynn Ellison, 40, 703 N. Mill St., North Manchester, booked for three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250 surety cash.
Feb. 6 – Michael Wayne Fairfax, 40, Bealeton, Va., booked for public intoxication and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $800 cash.
Feb. 6 – Randall Alan Warren, 54, 54 EMS Lane, Leesburg, booked for felony probation violation. Bond: $500 cash.
