Feb. 5 — Skyler Jacob Winget, 24, 389 Alena St., Wabash, was booked for criminal recklessness and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
Feb. 5 — Jeremy Dean Swank, 40, Rochester, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond listed.
