AKRON – Rochester won a close one Thursday, 30-28, over Tippecanoe Valley in sixth grade girls basketball.

The ‘A Team’ from Valley had Kaydence Mellott net 13 points and Molly Moriarty add eight points.

The B game had Rochester win 16-8. Four Vikings all had two points, those being Alejandra Jimenez, Talia Holder, Madelyn Weaver and Brittany Benn.
