KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The National Weather Service for Northern Indiana has issued a severe thunderstorm watch. The counties impacted are widespread and include Kosciusko, Elkhart, Fulton, Marshall and Noble counties. The watch will remain in effect until 10 p.m.
