WARSAW — The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Feb. 23 for the Julie Hall Group after they joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Northern Indiana. The three-person team, formerly associated with RE/MAX Lakes in North Webster, is a Kosciusko County real estate service and production leader generating over $18.5M in sales in 2016. The new office is conveniently located at 2132 E. Center St. in Warsaw.

The group, now led by broker associate Julie Hall, has consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in the state and was recently named one of “America’s Best Real Estate Teams” by REALTRENDS, an independent organization responsible for tracking industry rankings.

Formed in 2011, the team quickly ascended industry ranks with an unwavering focus on customer service. Client satisfaction is reflected in the team’s production totals. “Last year 62% of our business was attributed to repeat customers and client referrals. We’re in business to represent the needs and best interests of each and every client,” Hall said. “This is how we create long-term client relationships – we want our customers for life.”

“We bring 30 years combined of experience to the community,” said Judy Brown, former Kosciusko County Realtor of the year and RE/MAX Hall of Fame member. “We’ve been watching the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand for some time, and we’re impressed by their business principles,” she explained.

“We congratulate Julie, Jason and Judy on their exciting union with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices,” said Lori Snyder, managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HS Elkhart. “We look forward to supporting them and their continued success in the years ahead.”

The ribbon cutting was held Feb. 23.
