Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 400 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. David Hugh Sowards reported fraud after his tax return was rejected by the IRS, and the IRS stated that somebody had already filed his tax return.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:49 a.m Thursday, Feb. 23, 2500 block of Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Employees at Adecco Staffing reported threats being made via telephone.
