WARSAW — Shortly before midnight, Feb. 17, firefighters responded to a structure fire on EMS C19 Lane in the Chapman Lake area.

Warsaw, Winona Lake, Leesburg and Pierceton fire departments were all called to the scene of the fire. The structure was fully engulfed.
