Jeffrey Neal Patton, 61, Argos, was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away, on Feb. 7, 2017 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center of Plymouth.

On July 28, 1955, in Rochester, Jeff was born to Mart C. and  Janet Nesmith Patton. Jeff  lived in the Argos Community his entire life. In 1974, he graduated from Argos High School.

Jeff was an artist, he used watercolors as his medium on canvas. He loved working in his yard, being very creative, he designed rock gardens around the family home.

Jeffrey will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Janet, two sisters: Barbara  Ann Patton Carlson, of Talma; Linda Caroline Patton Ranson and husband Edward of LaPorte; three brothers: Jerry Patton and wife Kim of Bourbon; David Lynn Patton of Argos; Mark Anthony Patton of Argos; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Preceding Jefferey in death are his father and two brothers; Alvis Darrell Patton in infancy and Randy Patton in 1972.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
