**UPDATE — As of 7:08 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, the boy has been found safe.**

WHITLEY COUNTY — The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating a missing child.

Gunnar Hatton is a 10-year-old white male. He is suspected to be wearing blue jeans, red long sleeve shirt, black tennis shoes and gray pull over with green trim. Gunnar was last seen around 3:05 p.m. today, Monday, Feb. 6, in the southern part of Whitley County.
