WABASH – Tippecanoe Valley’s seventh and eighth grade boys basketball teams visited Southwood Tuesday night, with the Valley seventh grade ‘A’ team winning and Southwood ‘B’ teams winning along with the Southwood eighth grade ‘A’ team.

The seventh grade ‘A’ for Valley won 43-35, paced by Landon Walters’ team-leading 12 points. Braden Shepherd and Kex Kirchenstein both netting 10 points for Valley. The ‘B’ team from Valley lost 31-20. Hunter Eherenman was the high-point man for the Vikes with 10 points.

In the eighth grade games, Valley lost the ‘A’ by a 38-20 count. Aldridge led the green and gold with eight points. In the ‘B game, Southwood slipped out with a 38-35 victory. E. Hartman had 19 points for Valley, with B. Mikel adding eight points.
