Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Cheyanne M. Lamb reported theft of a Samsung Galaxy phone from a vehicle.
