According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Nov. 6, 2016, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department received a report from two females. The females had each received packages in the mail that contained screenshots of text messages and emails detailing alleged sexual acts by Earle.

Officers obtained the packages, which contained a cover letter detailing several sexual relations that Earle was involved in. One of the sexual incidents included a dog. A photograph/video was included that showed a dog licking the penis of a male subject.

During the short sentencing, Earle agreed to have the affidavit of probable cause submitted as the factual basis for the case. It was noted that Earle has no criminal record and he voluntarily cooperated with the sheriff’s department during the investigation.

Earle had no further comments for the court when addressed by Judge Michael Reed.

Earle was given a two-year suspended sentence that will be served on probation. Earle was also instructed to continue undergoing counseling.
