TYNER — Joseph Dyrcz, Tyner, was arrested by Marshall County Police on charges of cruelty to animals and criminal recklessness with a firearm following an incident Tuesday, Jan. 17. The charges are both level 6 felonies.

Marshall County Police were called at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday to the 17000 block of Vine Street in Tyner. The call regarded two dogs that had been shot by a neighbor.
