WARSAW — At approximately 1:15 p.m., Mentone EMS and Atwood Fire were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident at Crystal Lake Road and CR 650W, Warsaw, in front of Crystal Lake LLC. Indiana State Police was also on scene.

All injuries are being reported as minor.
