ETNA GREEN — Earlier tonight, Saturday, Jan. 13, an odd accident occurred when a red-tailed hawk hit a vehicle and shattered the windshield.

According to a post of the Indiana DNR Law District 1 Facebook page, the accident occurred on US 30, near Etna Green. No one in the Elliott family was injured and the only damage to the vehicle was the shattered windshield.
