Fern Neff, 82, Crown Point, formerly of Goshen, passed away Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016.

She is survived by her two sons: Eric (Beverly) Neff, Dr. Brett (Betsy) Neff; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Doug Method; and her sister, Karen McCourt.  Preceded in death by husband, Donald L. Neff.

Fern Neff was a retired elementary school teacher for the Goshen School System. She was a graduate of Leesburg High School, and a graduate of I.U. South Bend with a B.S. and an M.A. in teaching. She was an avid golfer, runner, and bowler. Mrs. Neff was also a breast cancer survivor.

Family and friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service, 811 E. Franciscan Dr., Crown Point, IN (south of St. Rd. 231 on St. Rd. 55) from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6. Funeral services will follow promptly at 7 p.m. (C.S.T.) with Rev. David Kipp officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7.
