Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

5:57 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, at North CR 700E and East CR 400N, North Webster. Driver: Paul Brewer, 71, EMS B70 Lane, Warsaw. Brewer hit a deer with his vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

6:49 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, at East Winona Avenue and South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: George Simpson, 42, Hunt Street, Osgood, and Dianne Reiter, 47, South CR 175W, Warsaw. Simpson was stopped for a train and started backing up his vehicle to travel a different route, hitting Reiter’s vehicle in the process. Damages up to $2,500.
