KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Kosciusko County Health Department completed the December Inspections.

The following restaurants received violations:

• Burger King, 2920 Frontage Road, Warsaw, received one non-critical violation.
• Wawasee High School, 1 Warrior Path Building #1, received one non-critical violation.
• Richard’s Restaurant, 3605 S. Commerce Drive, Warsaw, received two critical violations: food contact surfaces and cross-contamination.
• Chicago Dog House, 1527 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, received one critical violation.
