WARSAW — David C. Kolbe announces that he will be offering a presentation on the rise and fall of fascism in early to mid 20th century Europe. The program will take place at the Warsaw Community Public Library beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2017. There is no charge and it is open to the public.

Kolbe, a Warsaw attorney, has a B. A. In modern European history, a juris doctorate, and is a senior visiting professor for the Center for International Legal Studies. He has taught American criminal law in multiple Eastern European countries and will be teaching this spring in the Czech Republic.
