WARSAW —  Cardinal Services was chosen as the Kosciusko Chamber of member of the month. The mission of Cardinal Services is to assist and advocate for people with disabilities or challenges to live lives full of dignity, growth and opportunity. Cardinal serves people with disabilities, families with young children who have a variety of developmental needs, and the community in which we live.

Cardinal Services recently added a new art studio program called RedBird. The purpose of RedBird is to give individuals a creative outlet and will eventually provide a way for the artists to earn income from their art. The public is welcome to visit the art gallery, located at 504 N. Bay Drive, Warsaw, to look at pieces available for purchase.
