CLAYPOOL — At approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Warsaw Police, Warsaw Fire, Claypool Fire and Lutheran EMS were dispatched to a head-on collision in front of 4782 South SR 15, Claypool.

Officials reported five individuals were transported for injures.

Traffic on SR 15 is backed up and the area should be avoided.
