WARSAW — At 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, Warsaw Police, Warsaw Fire and Lutheran EMS were dispatched to SR 15/North Detroit Street, just south of the West CR 350N intersection, Warsaw.

Andrew J. Holdeman, 19, Milford; Wesley H. Shelpman, 44, Akron; Steven M. Harrelson, 45, Warsaw; and Thomas L. Richcreek, 57, Leesburg were involved in the four-vehicle chain reaction rear-ending.

Shelpman, Harrelson and Richcreek were all in their respective vehicles, stopped in traffic. Holdeman rear-ended Shelpman’s vehicle, causing a chain reaction accident.

Injuries were indicated to be minor at the time of dispatch and no injuries were formally reported. Damages up to $25,000.
