Kosciusko

The following individuals were booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

Sept. 25 — Dexter Ross Nine, 33, 1127 Brubaker St., Warsaw, was booked for battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman. Bond: $5,000 surety.

Sept. 26 — Justin Michael Brown, 31, 213 Railroad St., Wakarusa, was booked for possession of a handgun without a license and a warrant. No bond.

Sept. 25 — Daniel Lee Emery, 48, 430 W. Grove St., Mishawaka, was booked for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000 surety.
