Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:05 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, West SR 14 and South County Farm Road, Silver Lake. Driver: Kimberly A. Sarasien, 31, Kendale Drive, Fort Wayne. Driver lost control of vehicle due to slippery road conditions and blowing snow and went into a ditch that was full of water. Damage up to $2,500.
