Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

2:54 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, West US 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Driver: Ruth D. Truman, 71, South Field Lane, Akron. Truman stated she was behind another vehicle at a stop light and the other vehicle backed up and struck her vehicle. The other driver left the scene. Damage up to $1,000.

6:31 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, North CR 350W, north of West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Driver: David D. Arnold, 65, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Arnold drove off the right side of the road, striking a corner post. Damage up to $5,000.

8:57 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, West Old Road 30, east of North CR 600W, Atwood. Driver: Leslie M Teddy, 41, Fellows Street, South Bend. Vehicle struck deer. Damage up to $2,500.
