Jennifer Ann D’Haese, 59, Indianapolis, formerly of Bremen, passed away at 11:50 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 in her home surrounded by family.

Jennifer was born Dec. 9, 1956, the daughter of the late Walter and Judith (Phend) Lynch. On June 3, 2000, in Bristol, IN, she married Thomas A. D’Haese.

She is survived by her husband, Tom; five children: Michelle (Matthew Perkins) Smith, Three Rivers; Laurie (Trent) Hardy, Three Rivers, Mich.; Barbara (Leon) Nicholson, Indianapolis; Charlene (Shawn) Slabaugh, Shipshewana; and Stephanie (Napoleon) Shepherd, Ft. Wayne; and 13 grandchildren. She is also survived by step mother, Doris Lynch of Bremen; two brothers; Greg (Donna) Lynch, Newburg; and Mike (Carolyn) Lynch, Bremen; and brother in law, Tim Cook, Nappanee.

Jennifer was a fighter and a faithful servant of God. She was an active member of the Nehemiah Bible Church. Jennifer was a loving mother and grandmother and spent her last few years taking care of her grandchildren. She had lots of love to give and did so without hesitation.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 21 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St. Rd. 331, Bremen. A funeral service will held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 22 in the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior to the service.
