WARSAW — At approximately 10:45 a.m., Warsaw-Wayne Fire, Warsaw Police and Lutheran EMS responded to a severe injury caused when a tree fell on a tree cutter for Cut Rite while he was in the boom on East market Street.

A Samaritan Helicopter was called in to land at Fribley Field to transport the victim from the scene.
