Connie L. Hobbs, 51, Claypool, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Connie was born Jan. 29, 1965 in Warsaw to Jay and Mollie (Hall) Shepherd. She married Kevin Hobbs on April 15,1989; he survives. Arrangements are pending with Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services at this time.
