9:46 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Mark R. Meadows, 55, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Meadows backed into a parked car. Damage up to $5,000.

5:01 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, East Center Street, west of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Alexander C. Gilreath, 23, Gable Wing Lane, Sugarland, Texas, and Shawn M. Frush, North Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Gilreath’s vehicle collided with Frush’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
