KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Builders Association of Kosciusko and Fulton Counties (BAKFC) wrapped-up its annual Coats for Kids project with the help and generous contributions of its Coats for Kids Coat Sponsor, Meijer of Warsaw; the Meijer Fashion Team crew; and BAKFC Builders, Associates and affiliate member volunteers.

The BAKFC Coats for Kids volunteers and Meijer Fashion Team members packed and will soon deliver 464 new winter coats for elementary school-aged children within Kosciusko and Fulton County. Since 1996, with the help of regional businesses who sponsor and participate in the annual golf outing, the BAKFC has raised over $378,000 and has purchased 6,687 new coats for kids in need.

The Builders Association greatly appreciates all of its generous sponsors, individual donors, participating members, and volunteers who helped provide warm winter coats for children this year.  May those who have made this gift of warmth possible feel the caring warmth that their support provides for children in need.
