Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

7:37 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, North Old SR 15, south of East CR 1300N, Milford. Drivers: Lowell W. Rassi, 88, North Camelot Drive, Milford, and Kenneth J. Keene, 55, East Street of Dreams, Cromwell. Rassi collided with Keene, who was driving a forktruck. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:56 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, East Center Street. Driver: Bonnie S. White, 66, North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. White struck a parked car in a parking lot. Damage up to $5,000.

Bourbon

Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:50 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 400 block East Center Street, Bourbon. Driver: Jesus Ramirez, 19, Plymouth. Officer Matt Geiger responded to the noise of squealing tires and found a vehicle that has missed the curve and stop sign at East Center Street and Old US 30. The driver, Ramirez, was found to have been drinking and admitted to speeding and talking on his phone at the time of his accident. Ramirez was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and minor consuming. Bond: $1,500.
