WARSAW — At approximately 6:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to an accident on South SR 25 south of West CR 250S, Warsaw.

According to the accident report, Joyce E. Mendenhall, 59, West CR 525S, Claypool, was driving south on SR 25 when a large tree fell on the windshield of her vehicle.

Mendenhall was transported to Kosciusko County Community Hospital for head injuries.

Damage is estimated up to $25,000.
