Thomas Stafford, 76, died at 2:35 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born July 20, 1940, to Herlin and Bonnie (Risner) Stafford. A Warsaw resident, he worked at Cardinal Center.

He is survived by two sisters, Shirley and Estelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends and family may visit from noon-1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9 at Titus Funeral Home in Warsaw. The service will follow at 1 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Cindy Gackeheimer of Celebration Church, Winona Lake, officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
