KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Area Penguin Point’s will have a unique addition this Veterans Day. A bucket of toy soldiers will be available for customers to take their own soldier home.

The business asks customers to, “Please take a soldier home and place it somewhere that will remind you to pray for those who serve our country.”

Tyler Minnich, from the Auburn Penguin Point, came up with the idea on Memorial Day. The business loved the idea and will feature soldiers at local Penguin Points this Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11.
