Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

10:22 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 4300 block East CR 600S, Warsaw. Kimberly Carol Earl reported her debit card was used without her consent to make an online purchase.
7:40 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 3900 block East CR 1050N, Syracuse. Lotta J. Hapner reported fraud.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

9:34 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 1800 block East Market Street, Warsaw. Joni L. Crace reported a forgery.
11:42 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 500 block West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Guy G. Shaw reported criminal mischief.
11:25 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 800 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Morgan Rose Hepler reported money stolen from her vehicle.
5:36 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 500 block West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Johnny Gomez reported the theft of two bicycles and a broken window.
4:05 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 900 block Anchorage Road, Warsaw. A male reported a domestic battery.
