Teresa Kaye (Sybert) Speegle, 61, Argos, died Oct. 29, 2016 at 11:59 a.m. at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, following a brief illness.

She was born May 21, 1955 at Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco, California to Norman Doyle Sybert and Norma Kathryn (Downing) Sybert.

Teresa has lived in the Argos Community since 1960.

On May 26, 1979 in Osceola she married David A. Speegle and together they had shared the past 37 years.
Teresa was the church secretary at the Argos Bible Church for many years, now Parkside Community Church. She also worked at LNK Restaurant and the Old Truck Stop on U.S. 30, both of Plymouth.

She was very actively involved with Child Evangelism Fellowship of Indiana, North Central Indiana Chapter; a member of the Argos Bible Church for many years. Teresa was active in the Open Shows and 4-H during the Marshall County Fair. She was a graduate of Argos High School class of 1973

Teresa is survived by her husband, David A. Speegle of Argos; daughter, Kim M. Karnes of Argos; nephews: Jason A. Baty and Paul S. Baty, both of Terre Haute.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Linda Baty

Friends may visit with the family from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3 at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4 at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos with Rev. Mark Fishburn.  Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
