RAYMOND GUESS, Silver Lake “I grew up in Chicago with Chicago style hot dogs, Vienna dogs on a sesame seed bun. Once I left there, I didn’t eat hot dogs. But there is one place in Warsaw that is actually the real deal. I took one bite and said, ‘This is a Chicago style hot dog.’ They said they go every Monday to the Chicago Stockyards and bring the meat back.”
RILEY ROSS, Warsaw “I have had deer hot dogs. If you can, make your own hot dogs. This year I will try to get me a groundhog so I can make groundhog hot dogs.”
JOSHUA HAZARD, Claypool “If I were to have a hot dog, it would be a cheddar cheese filled hot dog. It was the only thing my dad liked to grill besides brats.”
