KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — According to the National Weather Service, a ridge of high pressure will provide dry conditions today, Oct. 31, through Tuesday, which will be perfect for trick-or-treating.

Highs today will range from the mid 50s to the lower 60s. The ridge of high pressure will slowly slide east tonight allowing south winds to increase. These south winds will bring much warmer air into the area for tonight and Tuesday with high temperatures on Tuesday into the 70s.
